    this stood out to me because Cole always tried to run away he tried to run away from the island and his fears. this time he wont cause hes stronger and braver?

    “If he screwed things up now, he could lose much more than a snowmobile.”
    Cole had to sell all of his belonging to pay for him to go back to the island. Cole could lose much more than a snowmobile. What I think this means is that Coles is in a venerable position, and if he messes up again he will be in chaos.

    This stood out to me because Garvey had made a cool hot dog with a meaning and Cole had made it simple and Garvey was like "you just think it's simply food" and it really is but Garvey be making all these metaphors to open up Cole's eyes which is pretty is cool.

    Cole said this to Edwin when he told Cole that water was really cold. Cole had to reassure Edwin that he wouldn't be running away from the island.
