I think the book will be about a boy about 12-15 years old, who was walking around in the woods or working and saw the spirit bear and the bear would have to help the boy with something.
I think the movie is going to be about a boy who is 13 – 15 years old that moves to an island in Canada. He then is stranded or maybe his house burns down and he is stuck in the woods. He befriends a spirit bear but a man tries to hunt the bear down. The bear tries to help the boy overcome fears and face the man trying to kill the bear.
By reading the cover I think the bear is not real, maybe the bear is just a spirit of an old man who would like to help the young man find how to live in the forest away from other humans.
I think the book will be about. A young adult will find a spirit bear and follow it for food then the spirit bear will be kind to the young man and he might touch the spirit bear and then he spirit bear might like the young man.
I think this novel is about a young adult whom is lost in the wilderness and goes through an emotional journey, meeting a mythical bear that helps him survive. I wonder how this novel will begin and who this young person may be.
I think the book is going to be about a boy trying to hunt a bear for many years and find out that the bear is his spirit animal. Probably the reason why he wants to kill the bear because maybe his great grandfather told stories about how the bear ate many people where he lives and he wants to avenge his people.
I think that this book is going to be about a kid who is abandoned and a spirit bear in spirit guides him to safety. I think this because on the text and pictures on the cover the boy seems to me, he needs the bear.
“Don’t screw up this is your last chance” Page 6 This phrase was said because Cole was being sent to the circle of justice and that is was his last chance to be good and not do bad things or he would go to jail or prison.
“I never want to see your ugly faces again” Page 9 I think Cole said this to his Parents and the Lawyer maybe because he was mad at his parents because they got divorced and they didn’t keep him out of Jail.
the quote that popped out to me in chapter 4 was '' im here to make sure my son never causes a problem again'' it popped out to me because it explains cole and it sounds like his dad isn't happy to be there
'' you don't get it do you'' page 27 it sounds like Cole is going threw a hard time because his parents are divorced and he thinks no one cares about him
the cover makes me think of a boy who gets lost in the woods and the bear is a villain and the boy gets attacked?!!
